Saadat Keshavjee is a Founder, President and CEO at Amhurst Property Management Ltd. based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, North America. Saadat has lived, studied and worked on three continents. He is actively engaged in Real Estate Management in Calgary, Canada. As a certified property manager (CPM) and certified in condo management (CMOC), he specializes in single and multi-family residential property , compact commercial and condominium management, as well as consultation, receivership and corporate training. His work in corporate training and consulting to property management corporations seeking to set up or enhance their property management divisions has been extensive. He is an instructor in professional property management with the Institute of Real Estate Management (irem.org) and the Real Estate institute of Canada (reic.ca). He has written a series of courses on successful condominium management and has been an instructor for many years, at Mount Royal University in Calgary. He is an active Rotarian, a Paul Harris fellow, serves as a member of the Calgary West Seniors Housing Society and Calgary Heritage Housing Society. He has been active in professional property management development with IREM on their Executive Committee, the IREM Foundation Board, Chair of the editorial Board of the Journal of Property Management and on various international task forces on education, international property management, and diversity and inclusion initiatives. He travels extensively and enjoys all facets of Investment Real Estate Management.
