Raymond Leong is a Partner / Associate Partner at Ernst & Young Global Limited based in Singapore, Asia. Raymond is an Associate Partner in EY’s Consulting Practice, with more than 20 years of advisory and audit experience. He has extensive experience in the technology risk, analytics, governance, internal audit, internal controls, cybersecurity, and enterprise risk management. In addition to his career with Ernst & Young, Raymond was part of the compliance and internal audit function in a large manufacturing MNC, with operations in Asia, Europe and the US. He has led various consultancy, advisory and audit engagements for organisations in the public and private sector. Raymond has also managed, led and performed statutory IT audit and security engagements and special review engagements. He has performed various application and IT infrastructure audits, and also assisted various organizations in their Sarbanes-Oxley 404 compliance testing in Singapore and overseas. Raymond also led various SAS70 and ISAE 3402 audit engagements. He has conducted internal and external training on controls identification and testing. Raymond has presented and facilitated regular Executive Roundtable Sessions focusing on managing risks and fraud in procurement and HR / payroll areas for government and commercial organizations.
