Her scientific expertise was shaped through her doctoral research at Northeastern University, where she earned a Ph.D. in Biology. There, Hannah helped to develop and validate an innovative nanoscale flow cytometry method for sorting individual mitochondria. This work resulted in a keynote speaking engagement and productive collaborations, including a partnership with the University Hospital of Regensburg, Germany. Hannah’s technical proficiency includes other advanced flow cytometry techniques such as nuclei sorting for single-nucleus RNA sequencing, high-parameter and spectral flow cytometric analysis, and sorting of rare stem cell populations. This comprehensive skillset enables SauveBio to offer a unique combination of technical excellence and practical experience in supporting client research programs. In addition to a Ph.D., Hannah’s educational foundation includes dual B.S. degrees in Biological Sciences and Cell and Molecular Biology from the University of Rhode Island, where she demonstrated early leadership by founding and presiding over a pre-med professional fraternity.
