Additionally, I am a qualified lawyer in Vietnam. I hold a Doctorate Degree in Business Administration from the Swiss School of Business Management and a Master of Laws (LLM) from Panthéon-Assas University (University of Paris 2, France). With various professional certifications awarded by the Ministry of Finance of Vietnam, including Auditor (CPA), Tax Agent, and Customs Agent, I bring over a decade of experience in supporting businesses. I have held significant roles, such as Director of Tax and Legal Consulting at KPMG, as well as Country Head of Finance, Tax, and Legal at an international manufacturing company. In addition, I am a distinguished instructor with extensive experience teaching Taxation in the ACCA program. Currently, I serve as a lecturer in the International Integration Lawyer program at the Judicial Academy under the Ministry of Justice, demonstrating my commitment to sharing practical experiences in the tax, finance and legal field.
