She has a keen design eye, and manages creative projects both personally and professionally with passion and excitement. Courtney began her career working in Corporate Social Responsibility, and pivoted to scratch her creative itch at Celtra, an AdTech agency, during their Series C round which was secured with WPP and Unilever Ventures. She was also instrumental in creating the first digital (un)conference on Richard Branson's Necker Island with the largest thought leaders in digital. Courtney holds an MBA from Boston College and a bachelor’s degree in Management and Global Perspectives from Bentley University.
