He was also responsible for Mergers and Acquisitions. Prior to SAIC, Mr. Kulbacki was a Vice President for L-3 Communications, a $ 14 Billion Dollar major Defense Contractor. Under his leadership, the Group supported the DOD agencies (including DISA), the Missile Defense Agency, the U.S. Army, and several other Joint/DOD agencies and Commands. Mr. Kulbacki has a very strong strategic, operational, and technical background in the information technology, satellite, software and automation area, and has led and managed organizations as large as 1700 personnel. Also, Mr. Kulbacki in his Vice President role was responsible for winning over $7 Billion in contracts. In addition, Mr. Kulbacki is a retired senior level Army officer whose career has included key high level command, leadership and staff assignments within the Army, the Joint Staff, and the Department of Defense Agencies to include the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) where he directed the operations of this worldwide network.
