My career aspiration is to significantly contribute to fostering entrepreneurship skills among youth, equipping them with the tools and mindset needed to bring their ideas to life. Professional Background: I bring a diverse background in education and entrepreneurship to my role as the CEO and Founder of IKIRU LLC and BizWorld Japan. Prior to this, I served as the Program Coordinator at 500 Global, where my role was to communicate and provide essential support to help them scale their businesses. My dedication to social impact also led me to take on the role of Admin for SDGs Challenge, working on projects aimed at addressing global challenges through innovative solutions. I coordinated acceleration programs for promising young entrepreneurs during my time with Silicon Valley Japan College, an educational NPO in the heart of Silicon Valley . -Empowering youth through tailored programs and government initiatives to foster 21st-century skills and entrepreneurial mindset: My journey took a pivotal turn when I founded IKIRU LLC, dedicated to empowering young entrepreneurs with essential skills and knowledge through tailored entrepreneurship programs. Additionally, I co-founded BizWorld Japan, committed to nurturing the entrepreneurial spirit among Japan’s youth. Since 2015, I’ve been awarded projects by different government ministries and local governments including the Ministry of Education; Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry; Hokkaido-Prefecture; Hyogo-Prefecture; Kagoshima-Prefecture; Board of Education in Kochi-Prefecture; Board of Education in Oita-Prefecture; Kobe-City; Kyoto-City and so on. These projects aim to equip young individuals with the necessary skills for the 21st century and foster an entrepreneurial mindset, empowering them to make a positive impact on the world.
