Tony received his corporate management training at Lockheed Martin (LM), where he spent the majority of his career (15 years). He held a variety of positions from Data Analyst to Test Director to Senior Program Manager. Tony managed key contracts for LM with the Defense Information Systems Agency and Department of Homeland Security's Office of the Chief Information Officer providing enterprise IT support services. He is a native Washingtonian, who lived and worked in the Middle East and North Africa for 5 years, managing international projects that included Executive Information Systems, Command and Control Systems, Tender and Evaluation, and IT Strategic Planning. As Chief Information Officer (CIO), USAID/Egypt, Tony was instrumental in providing a $400 million IT, Infrastructure and Architecture solutions to the Egyptian Government. He was equally successful managing projects in Kuwait and Bahrain, as a Senior Associate for Coopers & Lybrand. Tony earned a bachlors degree in Mathematics from Hampton University and a Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) from ASU.
