Thomas Urbye is a CEO and Senior Colourist at The Look based in London, England, United Kingdom, Europe. I am an entrepreneur, CEO & Senior Colourist of THE LOOK, one of the world's leading film and TV post production companies. I have led a team of twenty nine to deliver some of the most prestigious projects, including titles such as Day of the Jackal, We Live In Time, Rivals, Fleabag, Top Boy, Sex Education, The Gold, Landscapers, The Sixth Commandment & Gangs of London. I am an experienced supervising colourist & business leader who galvanises employees through internal and external training and mentoring. Myself and the team at The Look also engage in community outreach and masterclasses with local colleges and universities. I have worked as a CEO and Supervising Colourist for seventeen years, working on many high-profile projects both here at The Look and previously as a Colourist and Online Editor at MPC Technicolor. I have built close relationships with senior leaders across industry, from technology manufacturers to broadcasters such as Sky, Netflix, Disney, Amazon, Apple and HBO. I am also involved in a technology creative start-up, a mentor for the Help to Grow government backed programme where I mentor leaders in small businesses, and I'm writing a book on successful personal & work time management.
