My process expertise is enhanced by having led Lean Six Sigma/Quality programs in two large companies. My technology background includes several years of hands-on programming/development work, leading large-scale software and IT infrastructure teams, and partnering with cloud-based technology platforms for finance/accounting, HR, healthcare revenue cycle management, and a variety of other process areas.
