Born into a poor family and raised in an underserved neighborhood, I always believed in the power of education and dedication to transform lives. I studied in public schools and, through hard work, earned a scholarship to attend a private university. Throughout my career, I worked for major multinational companies, gaining extensive experience across various areas. Never satisfied with the status quo, I resigned five times, always seeking more, which led me to my role as a business consultant, where I managed successful projects for multinational companies. In 2018, by the grace of God, I founded OPEN Educação Empresarial to help Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) develop professional management practices.
