Shounak Dharap is a Partner at Arns Davis Law based in San Francisco Bay Area, United States, North America. As a partner at Arns Davis Law, I’ve spent nearly a decade representing workers, consumers, and other injured people in federal and state court, as well as in arbitration. I chair my firm’s complex litigation practice group, which handles cases in the areas of labor and employment, consumer privacy, sexual abuse, civil rights, elder abuse, as well as class action and mass torts. I also represent families in wrongful death actions. I have earned multiple honors and recognition for my legal skills and achievements, such as the Super Lawyers Rising Star and the National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40. Outside of the practice of law, I’m serving my second four-year term as an elected Trustee on the Palo Alto Unified School District Board of Education, where I have served since 2018. I am committed to providing quality education to every student, especially our least supported and struggling students, in the community where I grew up and now live with my wife and two daughters. I’m also the co-founder and Chief Product Officer of Scrivener AI, a litigation AI company that aims to close the justice gap through the use of AI to assist attorneys, mediators, and judges in resolving litigation more efficiently and effectively.
