The reasons Scott ran for the Supreme Court are documented at StafneforJustice.com Scott is not interested in campaigning to be a judge again. He prefers at this time in history simply engage "we, the people" in a debate, based on evidence, as to whether the judiciary is adequately performing its constitutional duties in the first decade of the twenty-first century. Scott has significant expertise in several areas of the law. He expects to spend the rest of life litigating against banks, servicers, GSEs, vertically integrated foreclosure "trustee" entities, and those others who prey on the middle class for the benefit of wealthy elites.
