For eight years as chief executive of our group, revenue grew at 34% YOY, our doctors and offices were consistently named “Best in D.C.,” and we enjoyed phenomenal local community support. From running dental study clubs to serving as a resource and mentor for AEGD and GPR programs, I am proud to be both a dental educator and mentor for many colleagues. I continue to be the personal dentist for many other dentists, their families and their staff. I feel very comfortable in lean dental management, valuation, M&A, value creation and transition preparation. I believe the key to my business skills and value creation has been my ability to inspire, recruit and retain top-tiered dentists, leadership teams and office-level teammates.
