I am Sargheve, a hands-on designer, technologist, and experienced design leader. Over the last 18+ years, I have had the pleasure to lead cross functional teams across domains like Mobile, Consumer Electronics, Healthcare and Packaging to deliver high-impact Products & Experiences. I have worked on projects in EU, American and Asian markets, with over a dozen products launched in the global market across categories. My key interest lies in the realms common to Design, Technology, Business & Sustainability, with a prime focus on creating larger Impact, revenue, and unique experiences. Currently, I'm based in the EU and spend most of my time in experience design and business Innovation projects. I really enjoy working in these spaces: Product design and development (driving concepts to reality), Product strategy and roadmaps, Innovation consulting (facilitating ideation process with cross-functional teams), Design/market research (research planning, extracting and mapping actionable insights), Facilitating and mentoring innovation boot camps, sprints and hackathons, Improvising on lean startup, sprints & design thinking methodologies.
