One of my proudest moments was formulating an annual sales budget for the customers assigned to me and my team that led to achieving both top-line growth and bottom-line improvements—an accomplishment I'm particularly passionate about because it reflects teamwork and shared goals. Before SMC, I spent over 11 years at Camozzi Automation where I collaborated closely with OEMs in primary packaging systems, textile (spinning - yarn manufacturing) systems, concrete batching plants, on-board pneumatic systems for auto industry, SPMs, foundry equipments.This experience taught me the value of adaptability and numerous applications which are left over by industry leaders in pneumatic automation systems, we increased our market share by 20%. Outside of work, I enjoy keeping myself updated with new technologies and trends within the automation industry. I believe staying informed not only helps me grow professionally but also enriches conversations with Key Opinion Leaders in the domain who are eager for innovative solutions.
