As the CEO and Co-founder of Rocket Firm Group, one of the largest digital agencies in Kazakhstan, I have successfully expanded our operations with branches in three cities in Kazakhstan and international clients. Currently, I am leading a team of more than 100 professionals across different departments and cities at Rocket Firm Group, managing operational processes and setting goals and key results for account managers, developers, and media managers.
