These changes put the Bank on a path to financial stability, building a foundation for growth, to the great benefit of the shareholders and regulators -- all the while providing great community bank service. BANKING PHILOSOPHY and APPROACH - The relationship between credit and lending is a balancing act. I believe a great credit partner understands what the lending team is trying to accomplish. In turn, successful loan teams focus their efforts on structuring deals that credit can approve. My approach is to build this mutual understanding, supporting safe and sound portfolio growth. We fund our activities by giving depositors value and service.
