DCDC is an entertainment industry initiative whose focus is the delivery via satellite of movies and other forms of digital content to theatres in the United States and Canada. The DCDC Network is open to all content providers and exhibitors on the same basis and will be run as an "at cost" entity. The Network uses state-of-the-art technology, and DCDC's unique business model will keep it in the vanguard of 21st Century content distribution for the industry for many years to come. Randy also continues as the owner, Chairman and CEO of Technology Convergence Partners LLC (TCP). TCP focuses on advising companies (both large and small) concerning the design and implementation of the new business models enabled by the convergence of media content and technological innovation. TCP has experience in the design and implementation of global IP delivered networks. Immediately prior, Randy was the Executive Vice president of Worldwide Consumer Products for Warner Bros. Specialties: Known for his abilities as a consummate deal maker who works well across myriad cultures, Randy has gained an international reputation as a cross-disciplinary visionary, and is a frequently requested speaker by global companies. Prior to 1985, Randy was an attorney and partner in the Los Angeles law firm Mitchell, Silberberg and Knupp, where he specialized in entertainment and media law. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Randy worked as a physicist in the aerospace industry in Southern California.
