I am a DEIB (diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging) strategist/facilitator, executive coach, and a lifelong learner. I believe that everyone’s story matters and that intentional conversations are vehicles for change. My work sits at the nexus of my professional and personal lives, as a lesbian in an interracial marriage with a biracial daughter. Everything I do comes down to wanting my daughter to live in a more just and equitable world. I feel deeply grateful to work alongside my phenomenal team. With extensive training in leadership and organizational development, our consulting approach is grounded in theory, practice, and a commitment to integrity and building capacity. My team and I partner with organizations to help them make progress on their DEIB goals with integrity and intentionality.
