Rabia Subhani is a Founder at Quantum Qun based in Columbus, Georgia, United States, North America. The intersection of spirituality and neurodivergence is my true passion, whether it is parenting neurodivergent children from an energetic/spiritual lens or coaching/mentoring adults on living a soul-aligned joyful life. I coach with compassion and focus on long-term personal growth, not quick fixes for short term issues. My goal is to help you shift your mindset to align with your life's purpose and to live life to your maximum, beautiful potential. Professionally, I began my career as a neuropsychologist with specialized training in Autism assessment. Externships were completed at Emory University's Autism Center and Children's Healthcare of Atlanta at Scottish Rite and internship was completed at Jackson Memorial Medical Center/University of Miami Medical School. However, after years of working as a neuropsychologist and doing primarily testing, I had a shift in my personal and professional interests because I felt called to teach families how to compassionately parent their neurodivergent children. Being a strong advocate of mindfulness, I decided to re-train via several evidence-based programs in order to teach it. However, I couldn't find one that met all my needs as both a professional and a parent, so I created my own, Mindful Village®. The Mindful Village® program teaches mindfulness to families with neurodivergent children and incorporates mindfulness, self-compassion, positive psychology, and neuroscience. There is also an another version of Mindful Village® which is more heavily based on my Sufi background called Barakah Parenting (barakah means divine blessing which is what our children are!). BP uses Sufi concepts such as zikr (remembrance of God) and is for those who prefer a more spiritual/faith-based approach to parenting. In BP, there is more emphasis on our neurodivergent children being here as our divine teachers. They are not here to be changed but to change and awaken us. My other offerings include conducting telehealth assessments for autism/ADHD for adults, autism assesment for toddlers, and U Visa immigration evals. In addition, I do consultation work for organizations/businesses interested in incorporating mindfulness and/or neurodiversity-affirming practices. I also enjoy coaching individuals, especially high performers, who are interested in Being life instead of Doing life. Life is meant to be loved, not just lived. My motto for living is "Let the beauty of what you love, be what you do." ~Rumi
