Before founding IndusSME in 2020, Prashant headed Syntel [NASDAQ:SYNT] and Atos|Syntel for ten years as President and CEO, Co-Chair and Chief Mentor. He played a key role in the negotiations and deal finalization for Atos’s acquisition of Syntel as well as expanding its footprint in several countries. Prior to joining Syntel, Prashant held senior executive positions with several Siemens businesses. He was President & CEO of Siemens Logistics & Assembly Systems, Inc. (now Dematic); Senior Vice President, Services at Siemens Medical Solutions; and, Vice President, Motors at Rockwell Automation.
