Also, as a member of the Global Work Dynamics Board, I help shape the strategy for the business and share accountability for a global P&L. I’ve spent over 30 years in finance, business development, operations, strategy and merger and acquisition leadership roles helping global and multinational companies in the real estate services, energy and leisure industries to deliver on their growth strategies. 19 of these years have been dedicated to global strategy and operation functions in several businesses across JLL. In my prior role as Global COO for Corporate Solutions, I had responsibility for developing the business operating platform to enable global service delivery, and played a leading role in a multi-year business transformation program.
