Perry Boyle 🇺🇸🇺🇦 is a Chief Executive Officer at MITS Capital LLC based in Ketchum, Idaho, United States, North America. As a co-founder of MITS Capital LLC and its CEO, I am working to bring capital to the Ukrainian defense industry. The West cannot let Russia win, lest the entire underpinning of a liberal world order be abandoned. MITS Capital owns MITS Accelerator for Ukrainian defense tech startups and is the sponsor of MITS Lightning Fund, which invests in Seed to Series A rounds in Ukrainian defense companies. As the Chair of the Board of Directors at The BOMA Project (BOMA.ngo), I helped lead a nonprofit organization that empowers women, youth, and displaced persons in the drylands of Africa to overcome extreme poverty and climate change. During my tenure, we grew the organization's impact by a factor of 10 and shifted its c-suite from the US to Africa. I oversaw the strategic direction, governance, and support fundraising of BOMA.ngo, which works at the nexus of four of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals: ending poverty, eradicating hunger, combating gender inequality, and mitigating the effects of climate change. I have a passion for public service and social impact, which I pursue through various board and advisory roles in the fields of affordable housing, renewable energy, education, and innovation. I also leverage my 35-year career in investment banking and asset management. I co-founded an investment bank, built and led global teams, and provided research and strategic insights to offer consulting services to investment banks, family offices, and asset management companies. I am an SEC-qualified financial expert for audit committees of publicly traded corporations. My professional experience includes multiple turnarounds, including C-suite roles at an investment firm after 2001, a hedge fund after 2008, and rebuilding a firm after an insider trading situation. I hold an MA in International Relations from The Fletcher School of Law & Diplomacy, an MBA from Dartmouth College, an AB in Economics from Stanford, a PG Cert in Security Studies from King's College London, and a CFA designation. I have lectured on investing and ethics at leading universities and participated in international security dialogues.
