He is an accomplished risk and operations leader experienced in leading strategic initiatives that reduce cost, enhance operations and optimize profitability at all levels of a corporation. Mike has an established reputation as a “hands on” problem-solver known for setting industry cost-saving benchmarks in the analysis, redesign and implementation of cost and production programs. He serves as a trusted business partner to PCIA’s clients by providing insurance, business consultation and risk management advice. His services include contract reviews/negotiations, assistance with mergers and acquisitions and international project pursuits. Mike assists PCIA’s clients in their efforts to reduce risk by presenting risk management seminars both in their offices and at professional association meetings. He frequently contributes editorials on risk management issues and regularly presents at professional development events.
