Michael L. Stahl is a Founder/President at Motivational Concepts based in Orlando, Florida, United States, North America. Helping individuals and organizations achieve their potential is my passion, and there is nothing more gratifying than being able to contribute to other people's success. I have been fortunate to work with clients in 38 US states and 14 countries around the world. As an international speaker and business consultant, I focus on how to create transformational leadership. This allows individuals and teams to discover the full creativity, innovation, efficiency, and effectiveness that have always been there but may have been unrealized. Clients and people that I have coached tell me that when the structure of their own internal thoughts and the organization itself is balanced and focused, this leads to improvements in leadership and sales effectiveness, productivity, employee commitment, customer loyalty and new market share. Working with people is my passion and the collaborative results I have been able to achieve are accomplished through speaking, customized training and specialized consulting initiatives that allow organizations to stop being reactive and start generating desired results. In all areas of an organization, mental health and wellness is an important foundation to business results. Part of my focus with organizational development is to help companies understand how to build "healthy leadership" that contributes to total wellness for the whole corporate team. This threads the needle between mental health and business results.
