Early in my career, I led engineering development at General Electric in their Aerospace divisions and at Kulicke & Soffa, a leading supplier of capital equipment to the semiconductor industry. At Impact Capital Group, I bring unique insights from my background with both financial and strategic investors and buyers and apply them for the benefit of entrepreneurs. In addition, I have advised such companies including Johnson & Johnson, Hewlett Packard, and General Electric on strategic M&A. Overall, I have closed over 40 major corporate transactions for buyers, sellers, and entrepreneurs. I earned an M.S.E.E. from Drexel University, an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of Business and I am licensed by FINRA (series 7, 79, 63) and the CA Department of Real Estate.
