Their philosophy of a no-break, 100% up-time service inspired me, and subsequently formed part of my professional DNA when I made the transition to commercial telecoms some years later. My entrepreneurial spirit and knowledge that I’d harvested over the years compelled me to create T4COM - specialists in business VoIP in 2010. The company grew organically, with all sales coming via referral or personal recommendation which we are now in a position to expand upon. We have an exceptional reputation for first-class support and service quality, offering SIP Trunking, ISDN Replacement and hosted, fully managed 3CX VoIP PBX. In its youth, the industry suffered from inconsistent quality and that is what drove me to create a service that customers could rely on, 100% of the time. I was determined to build an infrastructure that delivered the highest reliability and audio quality, which I’m proud to have achieved. We own and operate the entirety of our VoIP infrastructure, making us the single point of contact for customers. When Covid-19 hit the UK and changed the way businesses operate, the need for them to stay connected in a secure, reliable, efficient way became ever more prominent. Our VoIP systems enable staff to work from home seamlessly, whilst also offering the best telecoms service once we’re able to work from the office again.
