Mark Andersen is a Co-founder; President at Lifeliqe based in San Francisco, California, United States, North America. My Co-founders and I, along with our amazing team, have built Lifeliqe, into a leader in workforce development and education. The State of Nevada selected Lifeliqe to build 5 simulations in virtual reality for each of their Community College's certificates of value in healthcare, advanced manufacturing, skilled trade and IT. Nevada was awarded $13.8 million to launch this first-in-the-U.S. initiative. Our digital content is used by all students. In workforce development we mostly serve students of color to improve learning outcomes. Survey data shows that 98% of students said Lifeliqe "helps me understand difficult concepts", 89% reported it helps them get better grades and 84% of teachers describe Lifeliqe as a "breakthrough and useful tool." Plus: -Common Sense Media name Lifeliqe as one of the best education apps. -HTC Vive selected us as their Strategic Partner in Education. -Lifeliqe is the most downloaded education app on HTC Vive's Viveport. There's no place I'd rather be than in the classroom or library. As a lifelong learner I'm passionate about helping students learn and that's why it's a privilege for me to work with inspirational students and teachers every day. I've put over 3,000 students, teachers and librarians into our learning experiences in virtual reality. It's amazing to see Lifeliqe transform learning among students in public and independent schools, students of color, students with special needs, and students in alternative and Title 1 schools. As a result, we've discovered six benefits typical students realize plus three more that students with special needs achieve. Previously I, along with four other executives, saved Anglo-American University in Prague from near bankruptcy. I've worked in the Bay Area for nearly twenty years as a marketing executive doing exciting things: •VP of Online Marketing for $100 million mobile leader in driving social change. •Launched a new product that generated $28 million in nine months. •VP of Marketing for $26 million worldwide mobile pioneer in location-based services. •Founded startup with 120 employees; created dominant college brand leading to a successful exit. Specialties: Workforce development, education, edtech, K12, special needs students, virtual reality, augmented reality, startups, branding, strategic marketing, growth hacking, mobile apps, product development, content marketing, SEO, SEM, analytics, social media, PR, developing talent.
