Margaret Sumeya Lungu is a Digital Marketing Manager at Onyx Connect Zambia based in Lusaka Province, Zambia, Africa. Ever since I was a little kid, Technology has been my passion. I still remember sitting in front of my older brother’s Computer/Desktop and being fascinated by the screen and keyboard, trying to type a letter in Microsoft word, it was almost magic; being able to input information in something that seemed to be like another special human being from outer space or the planet mars, lol. From then on, I clearly knew what career path I would take and here I am, doing everything between Information Technology, Digital Marketing, Social Media, Customer Service, Operations Management and Graphic Designing which I love so much. I’m a highly motivated, smart, creative individual with experience and passion. A few of my core skills are highlighted below: * Digital marketing (Planning and managing Marketing Campaigns that promote a company’s Brand, Products and Services; driving website traffic and acquiring Leads/Customers. * Social Media Management (Manage the day-to-day handling of all Social Media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, and YouTube; create engaging multimedia content across multiple platforms). * Customer Service (Engaging with customers on a daily basis, with the ultimate goal of turning fans into customers and turning customers into advocates; regularly liaise with clients via telephone, email, conference calls or face to face). * Operations Management (Basically responsible for people, operations, project delivery and strategy; making sure customer’s needs are being met and that every day runs smoothly from a customer’s perspective and ensuring that employees are happy and well looked after; in a nut shell, supporting all functions of the business to work together). * Graphic Designing (Design creative content and unique content for a company's or business's online content, online campaigns, websites, videos, print ads, brand labels, logos and more). I have found that nothing satisfies me more than meeting new people, developing new relationships, solving problems and contributing to the overall growth of a business. I’m very happy to say that 2021 was a very good year as I got to finally launch, own and be Founder/CEO of a Digital Marketing Agency called BLACOPPER. 4 years now and counting in the business and wow, so much to do and learn but the passion keeps me going.
