M. H. Pouraskari is a CEO & Board Member at Dibaware | دیبا افزار based in Tehran County, Tehran Province, Iran, Asia. From a young age, I have pursued diverse entrepreneurial ventures. At 17, I founded and managed a sports complex, following earlier experiences in various fields, including carpentry, mechanics, construction, agriculture, and sales. Concurrently with managing the sports complex, I established a clothing distribution network and a transportation agency. Driven by an interest in trade, I expanded my activities to the Persian Gulf region, where I engaged in import and export. After a two-year deferral, I entered university, during which time I consulted for businesses in diverse sectors, including tourism, tires and batteries, nuts, clothing, home appliances, and road construction machinery. During my master's program, I specialized in market research, conducting over 100 domestic and international projects of varying scales. This experience provided invaluable practical expertise. My research on money and capital markets marked my entry into these fields. I gained initial experience around 2011 through a collaboration with Bank Mellat and Bank Refah, facilitated by one of my professors. Over the years, I have collaborated with numerous financial and capital market institutions on projects encompassing research, consulting, advertising, and branding. These collaborations include: Bank Saderat Iran, Mellat Investment Bank, Iran Cultural Heritage and Tourism Investment Group (SEMEGA), Sepehr Investment Bank, Charisma Financial Services Group, Paya Wealth Management Holding, Saya Tejarat Mana Trading Company, Karma Exchange, Charisma Asset Management, Hamoon Sepahan Investment Company, IVEST Online Investment Center, Gohar Saham Iranian Investment Company, and various mutual funds (Parand Paydar Sepehr, Ouj Mellat, Andoukhteh Paydar Sepehr, Charisma Mutual Fund, Kamand, etc.).
