While an interesting trio, my purpose has always been anchored in growing, healing, educating, and collaborating. For my entire career, I have been committed to educating and developing youth, student-athletes, and women. I work closely with each of them to design their life’s compass. Collaboratively, we consider the desired outcome and strategize on methods to reach their goals. I AM a CONDUIT rather than a gatekeeper. I AM CANAL of opportunity rather than a barrier. I AM the solution rather than a problem. My biggest strength is my ability to make connections, being able to quickly identify and assess skills, gifts, and talents that people don’t realize they have. One of my personal values and highest priorities is that it is important to serve my community through non-profit work, coaching, and self-development.
