As a public educator and college professor, I taught many modes of writing, academic and creative. I am highly skilled at editing efficiently and proficiently, communicating with collaborators, providing approachable feedback, and writing in many modes. Designing and leading effective and practical professional development using evidence-based practices is a passion of mine. Training needs to take the research and philosophy and turn them into actionable evidence-based practices that are effective without bogging them down in excessive procedure and process.
