My experience spans numerous M&As across Europe, Africa, and Asia, involving both buy-side and sell-side roles. From 2013 to 2019, alongside my brother, I co-managed a spinoff of our family business into a joint venture with DöhlerGroup. We expanded the venture to become one of the largest and most sophisticated fruit processors in Africa and the Middle East, growing it more than tenfold over six years. In 2019, I oversaw our successful exit and the seamless transition of Döhler Egypt to the DöhlerGroup. Currently, I actively manage a diverse portfolio of investments in startups real estate and SMEs. I am also a founding partner at Moonbase Capital, a fund investing in SMEs using the Search Fund Model. I have a passion for problem solving, precision and continuous improvement.
