Juliette Donovan is a Judicial Intern at U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York based in New York, New York, United States, North America. I am currently a J.D. At Fordham Law, I am an Editing Committee Member of the International Law Journal, a Teaching Assistant for Legal Writing, and an active member of Fordham Law Women and Fordham Business & Law Association. Through my academic and professional experiences, I have gained valuable skills in research, communication, collaboration, and leadership. I am a detail-oriented and enthusiastic worker and team member. This past summer, I interned at the Brooklyn Defender Services where I was able to do meaningful work and learn from highly qualified attorneys. In this role, I supported my supervising attorneys by conducting legal research on a range of matters, drafting motions and affidavits, and working directly with clients. With frequent feedback from my supervisors, I was able to sharpen my legal writing and research skills while gaining valuable exposure to family court proceedings and client interactions.
