Josh Halgrimson is a Founder & Chief Executive Officer at Supply Chain Solutions Corp. based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States, North America. I started my transportation and logistics career back in 1994. During that tenure, I've held several different roles which included Logistics Manager, managing multi-million dollar shipping budgets, managing multiple facilities throughout North America, and managing crews up to 100 people. I have worked on both the asset and non-asset side in national sales and executive management. I started Supply Chain Solutions in 2009 with a different calling. As many know, there tends to be a very fine line in the sales process of being disingenuous; pushing products and services to a current or prospect client that they really don't need or lacking the solution-based concepts to accomplish their desired state in the short or long term. The philosophy of Supply Chain Solutions is to come to market with a different offering in a very crowded industry that is traditionally a heavily transactional concept. Our concept is a consultative approach, focused solely on the client’s needs and how to push the needle. Our ideal client is someone who sees value not only in a hard dollar savings but understands and appreciates the value in the soft dollar.
