John and his partner continued to grow their award winning firm, adding several national franchise branch offices, including mortgage and escrow divisions. John managed over multiple branches, servicing Los Angeles and San Bernardino Counties. In 2006, John serviced corporate REO accounts in the Inland Empire and received consistent industry recognition for his annual sales production achievements with his personal annual sales sides exceeding 85+ closed transactions. In 2014, John founded Gateway California Realty Corporation with its corporate office located in the city of Rialto, CA.
