To achieve this vision, as Chief Executive Officer / Co-Founder of Venterra, I, in partnership with my business partner Andrew Stewart, am responsible for the overall strategic direction, management and growth of Venterra – with a specific focus on developing Venterra’s macroeconomic views, ensuring a direct alignment between these views and Venterra’s investment transactions while maintaining a company culture that attracts and maintains the most talented, capable individuals in the industry who are passionate about working in a team environment. I am no different in that regard. Prior to co-founding Venterra, I previously spent time and held senior management positions in transportation, consumer packaged goods, a boutique investment bank focusing on mergers and acquisitions, the logistics/supply chain industry and software companies. I am grateful for these experiences as they have helped shape the values and organizational structures that have led to Venterra’s success. Outside of the workplace, I have the privilege of a wonderful direct family and very large extended family. While being interested in businesses for a long time, I can’t ever remember not being a tree hugger as nature has always fascinated me. I am a current member of YPO and the Chief Executives Organization.
