James grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and attended university at Cal-Poly - San Luis Obispo. His entrepreneurial spirit ignited his starting multiple businesses and sparked a hunger to learn about the intricacies of business growth and sustainability, as well as the importance of implementing efficient systems and processes, no matter what the business model. He is an avid reader and enjoys biographies, history and of course, business books and courses. Although James never particularly enjoyed school in the traditional sense, (other than sports involvement at which he excelled) he considers himself a perpetual student and prioritizes spending time each day listening to a podcast, reading or attending business and mastermind courses. His vision, along with scaling Fusion Growth Partners nationwide, is to share his wealth of knowledge along with his insights and perspectives regarding the practical utilization of the lessons gleaned from history and the lives of great people whose contributions impacted the world. His favorite quote is from a speech delivered by Theodore Roosevelt named “Citizenship in a Republic” which would come to also be known as “The Man in the Arena.” James has found ongoing inspiration in this piece as he lives each day to be a man who “spends himself in a worthy cause; who at best knows in the end the triumph of high achievement, and who at worst, if he fails, at least fails while daring greatly….so his place shall never be with those….timid souls who neither know victory or defeat.” James is a true believer that one must discipline oneself to incorporate routines for success each day and one of the most important for him is a daily “gratitude walk.” Staying mindful of that which we are grateful for each day and taking time to honor those aspects of our lives while outside - walking and breathing fresh air, is a practice he counts on to help keep his focus clear, his priorities aligned correctly and most importantly his mind and heart fully open….and fully grateful.
