Since then, I've held various machine learning IC and leadership roles at Fi, Wayfair, Trunk Club, and GoHealth. I've built and managed data and ML teams ranging from 2 to 15. I most recently served as VP of Data & ML at Fi, before leaving to found Lambda League. 🎓 𝗠𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗵𝗗… In 2018—in parallel to my professional ML career—I started a PhD in Computer Science, which I successfully defended in December 2023. My dissertation was on machine learning (specifically inverse reinforcement learning) and algorithmic fairness.
