Isidora Valdés Rojic is a Founder and Director at Goose based in Santiago, Santiago Metropolitan Region, Chile, South America. I’m a entrepreneur, graphic/web designer, creative business developer and consultant with over 15 years of experience. I don´t call myself an expert, I‘m just passionate about what I do and, I do it well. I have worked with people, startups, small, medium and large companies in Chile, Perú and the US. I strongly believe in interdisciplinary collaboration and I´am continuously seeking for new projects to get involved and learn from them. I´m founder and Managing Director at Goose, a web development, strategic branding and marketing company. We´ve helped more than 80 companies like Juan Valdez Café to leverage their brand value, in Chile, Perú and the United States, learning from more than 15 different industries in 14 years since we started. I co-funded Pictual, a picture-messaging app that uses design-magic to transform your words into pictures. From a demo to the appstore, I got involved in different aspects of the company, but my main contributions were: to create a solid database of customizable designs for people to use and to lead the launch process from a digital marketing and PR perspective. In just 3 days I positioned Pictual in the top 10 apps in the photo&video at the Chilean Appstore. In 2013 with 3 exceptional women we launched Descience, an initiative that creates collaborations between designers and scientists and brings research to the runway, providing a platform both for emerging designers and for science. I have a strong creative/business mindset . My peers and colleagues describe me as a peoples person, passionate, professional, committed, confident and reliable.
