I engage with executive teams, facilitate leadership retreats, develop strategic frameworks, and design immersive experiences that challenge conventional thinking. In my past roles as Manager of Community Relations and Manager of Entrepreneurship and Economic Development in the Nashville Mayor’s Office, I led initiatives that strengthened relationships with the region’s philanthropic, entrepreneurial, and innovation ecosystems. Previously, as Chief Strategy Officer at Pivot Technology School, I spearheaded efforts to develop top-level strategy, address tech workforce development challenges, and create opportunities for underrepresented communities. As an award-winning educator and speaker, I’ve taught business strategy, entrepreneurship, and leadership at institutions such as Tennessee State University and Vanderbilt University.
