Franco Olivieri is a Founder and CEO at 18carati.com Srl based in Arezzo, Tuscany, Italy, Europe. I am an entrepreneur and CEO of 18carati.com, a luxury jewellery e-commerce website based in Italy. I have also been the former CEO of one of the oldest jewellery manufacturers in Arezzo, working in this industry for over 30 years. My passion for the industry began at an early age when I started working on weekends in my family business so that I could see how a company operated from within. In 2004 I became a pioneer creating 18carati, which soon became a strong player in this market segment. My entrepreneurial experience covers all aspects of business development such as product management, marketing, distribution, etc. In 2011 I received my degree as a gemmologist from IGI (International Gemological Institute).
