Most recenlty, Diane held leadership roles as Vice Chair and Audit Committee Chair of the AARP Foundation board and currently serves on the esteemed California Chamber of Commerce board. Furthermore, Diane's extensive contributions extend to her tenure as a member of the National Association of Corporate Director's Board Advisory Services Faculty for a decade.
