Christopher Kiple is a Chief Executive Officer at Benesol, Inc. based in United States, North America. I love working with talented teams to develop new technology and bring to market innovative solutions that improve everyday living. I am currently the Chief Executive Officer at SOLIUS Labs, developing novel medical light therapy solutions, and Chair of the Board of Directors at Lungpacer Medical, helping pioneer life-saving technologies to wean patients off a ventilator and discharge from the ICU faster. I was formerly the Chief Executive Officer at Ventec Life Systems. During nearly six years at Ventec, I was lucky to work with an incredible team to lead the company's transformation from R&D to more than $800M in global sales and 1,000+ team members. It was an incredible experience to be a part of the original team that developed VOCSN, the world's first Multi-Function Ventilator that combines six medical devices into a single, portable system. VOCSN was awarded "Hardware of the Year" by GeekWire, "Best New Technology Solution" by Medtech Breakthrough, and the "Design Award" by Red Dot. There was nothing more energizing than listening to patients' challenges and working with our team to develop real-world solutions to improve lives. In response to the global COVID-19 pandemic, we developed a first-of-its-kind partnership with General Motors to rapidly scale the production of critical care ventilators by 80x in less than six months by combining the best of American medical device innovation with the best of American automobile mass production. The partnership with General Motors was recognized by Fast Company as one of the "Top 10 Most Innovative Joint Ventures" in 2021 and by the Project Management Institute as one of "2020s Most Influential Projects." I learned an incredible amount from the GM team and was inspired by how people can come together to do the impossible. Before Ventec, I enjoyed working in finance at J.P. Morgan, law at Sidley Austin, LLP, and government affairs at Husch Blackwell, LLP. I was born in Lincoln, NE, and have since enjoyed traveling to more than 100 countries. I graduated from George Washington University with a degree in International Affairs and later received a law degree from The George Washington University Law School in Washington, D.C.
