As an award-winning physician, he has spent the past 25+ years focused on helping communities thrive by improving the delivery of healthcare services, specifically primary care.
 Dr. Crow’s early career was highlighted by founding Village Health Partners in 2006 and creating the first of now 10 Medical Village Concepts in Texas. By 2008, Village Health Partners was named one of the first Level 3 NCQA Patient-Centric Medical Homes in the country.  After practicing family medicine for more than 10 years, Dr. Crow had a clear vision of the future of primary care - connecting the entire health journey for patients and providers while reducing overall costs in sustainable, scalable ways.   In 2014, he co-founded Catalyst Health Group, a healthcare innovation ecosystem that builds partnership solutions for independent primary care practices to address the pressures physician-owners face of increased cost, business complexity and burnout.   As CEO of Catalyst Health Group, Dr. Crow sets the vision and strategy for the ecosystem, including Catalyst Health Network, a group of primary care practices focused on value-based care, Catalyst Care Connect, an MSO that provides professional, non-clinical services, and Catalyst Physician Group, the largest independent primary care practice in Texas. Together, these entities serve more than one million patients through 900 providers in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, the Texas Panhandle and East Texas, and has seen $350 million in savings for the communities it serves since 2016.   Beyond the Catalyst Health Group, Dr. Crow works tirelessly to improve health outcomes. In 2020, Dr. Crow created LightPath Health, a non-profit organization dedicated to developing and investing in primary care programs for those without health insurance. In 2022, he spun Stellus RX out of Catalyst Health Group and established a new type of national pharmacy experience designed to increase outcomes and decrease costs. 

 Dr. Crow received his B.A. at the University of Texas at Austin, his M.D. at The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio and completed a family practice residency at Memorial-Hermann Hospital in Houston. He also holds an Executive M.B.A. from The University of Texas at Dallas.
