In the space of 3 years, I was promoted Head of Boys’ PE, whilst leading on staff training and other CPD programmes both within my own school and others. During this time, the Academy achieved a Good for Teaching and Learning. I was able to complete the Emerging Academy Leaders programme via the National College. January 2008 - September 2009 After graduating, I completed my teacher training whilst working at the Morley Academy in the role of PE teacher.
