I achieved the accreditation of NPQH and designated Specialist Leader of Education (SLE), working across both primary and secondary settings. My Trust role contributed to securing Ofsted ratings of Good in all of three WRAT secondary academies. January 2013 - October 2016 I initially began working at Leeds East Academy as part of a secondment from David Young Community Academy to assist in transforming behaviour in 2013. During this time, I was asked to stay on a permanent basis as the Foundation School Leader. September 2009 - January 2013 I joined the David Young Community Academy in 2009 as an NQT. In the space of 3 years, I was promoted Head of Boys’ PE, whilst leading on staff training and other CPD programmes both within my own school and others. During this time, the Academy achieved a Good for Teaching and Learning. I was able to complete the Emerging Academy Leaders programme via the National College. January 2008 - September 2009 After graduating, I completed my teacher training whilst working at the Morley Academy in the role of PE teacher.
