My executive coaching work focuses on helping leaders build on their strengths, overcome obstacles, and lead with confidence and purpose. In 2024, I faced a personal challenge when I was diagnosed with prostate cancer. Following a successful surgery in December 2024, I made a full recovery and quickly returned to my active lifestyle, including a full exercise regiment. As a cancer survivor, I bring not only professional insight but also a renewed sense of resilience, which I carry into every client relationship—helping others navigate change with clarity, strength, and intention.
