Bruno Forte is a CEO at Swoon Gelato Ltd based in Swanage, England, United Kingdom, Europe. I have over twenty years’ experience in the hospitality industry and enjoy delivering fantastic food experiences to customers now as much as I did when I first grew up in my father’s restaurant. I was inspired to create Swoon Gelato by my Italian heritage and all the elements that made the original Italian gelato bars so popular, creating a welcoming environment for customers to come together and enjoy premium quality gelato and coffee. Swoon Gelato has bars in Bristol, Bath, Oxford and Selfridges London, with an exciting expansion pipeline. Our dedication to creating a delicious product has been recognised with accolades and trophies including The Great Taste Awards, The Ice Cream Alliance and The Great British Food Awards. I am proud to be part of the hospitality industry - we offer a comprehensive training programme, not only in gelato scooping and coffee making, but also in friendly and efficient customer service and have over 30 Swoon team members.
