Adham Ghannam is a Founder at Maytaur corp based in France, Europe. With a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Northeastern University, I’ve spent much of my career leading complex real estate transactions, analysing financing structures, and overseeing equity and debt stacks for acquisitions and development projects. From 2017 to 2022, I executed €317.5 million in deals, including Le Grand Paris project. During the COVID-19 lockdown, I co-founded a side project with my partner: a unique at-home beauty service and sustainable shopping platform for young, emerging brands. The project grew rapidly and was successfully sold in 2022, offering me invaluable experience in entrepreneurship, innovation, and market adaptation. After completing this venture, I took time to reflect on my true passion: food. Inspired by the need to create a positive impact on the food industry, I decided to leave real estate behind and focus on developing a concept that merges sustainability, well-being, technology, and design. This led me to Lisbon, where I tested the market, gathered insights, and refined the concept. And so, Yana’s was born—a food tech startup with a mission to revolutionize the food industry and drive sustainable change.
